The distinction at the center of her work
Awareness told them it matters.
Literacy lets them do something.
Same workplace, two very different rooms. Drag across to feel the gap Nora closes.
We ran the awareness training.
- A poster went up in the break room.
- A one-time workshop, ticked off the list.
- Everyone agrees the topic matters.
- And almost nothing actually changed.
We built literacy.
- People can name what's happening, in themselves and others.
- They know how to ask for what they need.
- Policies account for real differences.
- The culture adapts, instead of asking people to cope.

Signature program
One keynote, and the work behind it.
Personal storytelling, critical research, and practical insight, in her own three word description of how the session runs.
Every Mind Matters: Creating Workplaces and Communities Where Every Person Thrives
Culture and community profoundly shape a person's ability to thrive, yet many systems unintentionally undermine that very foundation. Wellbeing is not simply the absence of illness. It shows in how people feel valued, supported, and connected in their daily lives and work.
Her central argument: struggles like stress, exhaustion, burnout, and disengagement are not signs of weakness, they are signals that environments and systems need to adapt. Most organizations acknowledge this. Few have the inclusive structures and strategies required to sustain wellbeing for diverse minds and needs.
Through poignant personal storytelling, critical research, and practical insight, Nora shows how today's wellness and inclusion strategies operate from a lack of public and individual literacy, which leads to stigma, fear, and shame, and stops people getting the help they need. True culture inclusion has to go beyond mental health awareness and DEI training. It needs to be informed, adaptable, and built so individuals can advocate for themselves.
- Apply a self literacy framework as a central aspect of awareness and policy development
- Build sharper awareness of one's own emotions and feelings, and the difference between each
- Understand the continuum of mental health, from illness through to wellness
- Take away proven strategies and resources to promote diversity in mental health culture
Inclusive workplace culture work, beyond the keynote
Alongside speaking, Nora runs inclusive workplace culture solutions. If your event is the start of a longer piece of work, this is what she can carry into it.
- Strength based leadership. Built on the Gallup strengths work she is certified in.
- Neurodiversity. Practical, not theoretical, and grounded in her ADHD coaching practice.
- Culture maturity assessments. Where the organization actually is, rather than where the values poster says.
- Emotional intelligence. As a TalentSmart certified emotional intelligence coach.
One of her stated outcomes
Mental health is not a switch. It is a continuum.
Wellbeing is not simply the absence of illness. Move the slider to see where most awareness work stops, and where literacy keeps going.
Getting by with strategies and willpower. This is where a lot of awareness training leaves people, and then stops.
Her point: you cannot policy your way to wellbeing if everyone is only ever taught to cope. Literacy is what moves people along the line, toward feeling valued, supported and connected.

Very enlightening session. Learned helpful information to adjust my outlook for how to support my youth to adapt to their new environment.

Meet Nora
There is no one size fits all.
“Everyone has a disability, some just show it more than others.”
Nora is a passionate, personable, and vigorous person who thrives on adventure, and she is devoted to inspiring individuals to embrace their unique strengths and inherent worth.
Her journey has been shaped by living in different countries, each with its own culture and beliefs, alongside parenting children with ADHD and more than fifteen years helping organizations create and sustain cultures of empowered teams. That combination gave her a deep appreciation for the diversity of our minds, and it is what she brings to a stage.
Her career started in project management in 2007, where she found her natural pull toward supporting individuals in using their own abilities. Consultancy work followed, and in tracking progress across organizations she kept finding the same pattern: missions and values built around economic value, with individuals expected to adjust themselves to fit. By 2017, coaching organizations through transformation, she had identified what sat underneath it. People were not being helped to understand their own needs and advocate for them. They were being handed coping strategies instead.
In 2023 she founded Agile Mindfulness to work on that directly, and she carries the same argument onto the stage. Her mission, in her words, is to empower individuals to embrace their unique strength and cultivate the confidence to self advocate for what they need to thrive, instead of struggling to cope in an environment that does not suit them.
The quote she keeps coming back to is from Dave Dame: everyone has a disability, some just show it more than others. She asks audiences to imagine what the world would look like, especially for the next generation, if we treated different as an opportunity rather than a problem.
